Thank you and well done to Pick n pay – I received calls from the CEO – and various other departments to address my concern.
I got an immediate, positive response – and have been assured that the matter is being
dealt with. The main issue seems to have been a transport problem which prevented staff from
coming into work, on the particular day I had the issues.
However, I still feel that the staff could do with some extra training to equip them to deal with customers.
Pick n Pay have assured me that they will address all issues – and the have convinced me
To re-visit Pick and Pay Canal walk, I hope to witness changes for the better!
