Ladies and gents … if you want to get fit, lose weight, learn to defend yourself, increase strength, condition your body, increase flexibility, improve confidence, meet friends, get in shape and have fun doing so – Thaiholics is the place!
Thaiholics Cape Town is a Muay Thai and Fitness Thai Boxing gym. They are situated at Woodbridge Business Park, Unit 3, Koeberg Road, Milnerton.
There aim is to provide training for anyone and everyone, whether you are interested in getting fit, learning the art of Muay Thai or a combination of both. Muay Thai is recognised as the most effective stand up fighting art in the world, as well as one of the most successful body conditioning workouts available.
Thaiholics strive to incorporate the customs of the Thai people into our training where values such as respect, love, bravery, creativity and adaptability are represented in this form of martial arts.
So if you want to get fit, lose weight, learn to defend yourself, increase strength, condition your body, increase flexibility, improve confidence, compete as a fighter, meet friends, get in shape and have fun doing so – Thaiholics is the place where you can accomplish any of these goals in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Thaiholics Milnerton will offer training on 5 days a week schedule and private classes are available too.
Training at Thaiholics is for everyone from age 14 (please enquire for classes for children). You can join any class on any day. The only exception is the fighters’ classes; there trainers will decide if and when you are ready and able to advance to fighters’ class.
All fitness classes cater for both male and female participants and for both beginner and intermediate levels.
COST: Training 3 times a week: R 350 per month Training 5 times a week: R 450 per month (Subscriptions are for a minimum of 3 months / longer term subscriptions are available at discounted rates)
WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT TO WEAR: - wear comfortable gym clothing - training is bare foot - bring a sweat towel - boxing wraps can be purchased at the gym (R80) - we will show you any other equipment at your introductory session at the gym
