This event will cover a short Muay Thai demo and an hour long lesson teaching you to defend yourself in various potentially dangerous situations.

                        *  15 min welcome and demo by Nic Radley
                        *  1  hour Self Defense class.
                        **15 minutes to wind down - for any questions - chats and swopping information and ideas.

What to bring/wear:
