We phoned and made arrangements to try on suits at Mr Suit – NI City Branch for Saturday 

The 1st Dec. We were told it was too early for us to make appointments for a Wedding in March 2013. Its 4 months away and we need to plan and make sure the braids-maids and grooms men match. I dont see how its too early for that. They then said we could just pop in and take a look.

Upon arriving on Saturday morning, we were told that they were too busy to help us and that there were more pressing customers waiting for attention ?   We then said we did not mind

But had a wedding to plan for and so needed to decide on the colour of the mens suits.

We said we would look around the shop on our own.  We were then told in an aggressive manner that they could not allow self service.  So they were too busy to serve us, but we could not look or try on suits ourselves ?  So how would a client see how the style and colour looks on the person thats going to wear it, without trying on ?  Did they want us to just book a random suit in the hope that is was The right one ?

And all this after we had phoned them ?  

Needless to say we left the shop and went to Mr Suit in Table View................

So far they have been amazing, explained the rules and were happy to assist us. We will definitely be going back to them to make the bookings closer to the time.
