Emails to me, are one of the greatest inventions, maybe not the most mind-blowing, but

One of the most amazing.


They do not interrupt your concentration like the ringing of a telephone, and you can read them anywhere, anytime at your own convenience.  They do not invade your privacy or Your time.   They are easy, quick and you have confirmation on paper should you require it.

Just one problem, some people just don’t answer their emails.  I have done a few

Experiments and I find that especially when it comes to the bigger companies, no-one

Responds to your email query.  They have no idea that if they just answered a very simple question, and got back to the person asking the question, they may have got

An order – simple as that – And then they are the ones complaining that there is no

Business out there ….. Yes there is ….. if you just answered your emails.
