What an absolute pleasure to deal with such caring, efficient people.

I sent numerous emails and asked numerous questions and even changed the booking at the last minute.  Every single query and instruction was followed to the letter and every email answered in a polite manner.  I think I tested Martinette’s patience – but she
Remained composed and friendly, throughout.   She provided me with accurate information and all the details I requested.

We stayed in Long House and it was more than adequate.  The Cottage gives you the feeling of being out in the bush (even though you are in Durbanville).  The Cottage
Has a homely feel about it and has everything you would need.   The small personal touches of the magazine racks, the book shelves, and the rusks added to
Making you feel at home and relaxed the instant you walked in the door. The old furniture takes you back to a time when quality mattered.

I loved the chairs on the veranda, and the fact that each bedroom had its own
Huge bathroom, with bath and shower.

The only thing that was a bit of a problem was that the main bedroom which was
Separate from the rest of the house, had the same key. Because there were 5 of us,
Each off in a different direction, 2 keys would have been better.

I think that Clara Anna provides a taste of a bush holiday.  It’s close to Cape Town,
So you can pop in without having to travel far, and comes at a very reasonable price.

The staff are wonderful, the Breakfast was lovely.

So much trouble has been taken to add the little touches which allows the guest to feel special, and because there are just a few houses, you feel like an exclusive VIP,
The relaxed atmosphere and attitude of the staff enable you to completely relax.

We were only able to stay one night, but I cannot wait to return to Clara Anna in winter, to sit by the fire and be encircled by the warmth of this delightful place.
