We had booked to have lunch at Cafe Felix for  Saturday 1st September 2012.   Unfortunately 
The owner, Malcolm, had subsequently booked a wedding at the venue on the same day and could no longer accommodate us. Malcolm could not get hold of me – as I had not provided my cell number on the email.

We arrived unknowingly to be told they were unable to assist us and they apologised, the manager phoned and booked a table for us at Mama Cucina (Italian country kitchen)
And we received a complimentary bottle of wine.

Thanks Mama Cucina, a lovely Cafe, for the tasty lunch and excellent service. Thank you Malcolm for your 
Kindness, professionalism and for popping in personally to see that we were taken care of.

As Malcolm had no idea who we were or that this article would appear, he was not trying to impress anyone, we got to see that there are caring kind people out there – who do their jobs well, know what service with a smile means and with compassion.
We returned to Cafe Felix the Sunday for a great Cuppachino – just to say Cheers until next time.
